Physiotherapy, Sports Massage and Women’s Health

Jacqueline qualified from Kings College London with a First Class Honours degree in 1999.   She has worked in both the NHS and private practise maintaining a keen interest in all areas of musculoskeletal physiotherapy; attending post graduate courses regularly to ensure a high level of expertise and knowledge.

In 2005 whilst working as a Clinical Specialist, she obtained a Masters Level qualification in Women’s Health/Continence Care and has continued to develop this knowledge to encompass conditions relating to pregnancy and post-partum (e.g. pain and/or movement dysfunction relating to the rib cage, lumbar spine, pelvic girdle or hips, diastasis rectus abdominus (DRA), pelvic floor dysfunction, prolapse, advise on returning to exercise).

Wanting to expand on her work with patients suffering pelvic girdle pain, in 2011 Jacqueline embarked on a year’s course with Experts Diane Lee and LJ Lee: “Discover Physio Series”.   This unique approach (“integrated systems model”) assesses the whole body and aims to identify how non-optimal movement strategies can contribute to symptoms elsewhere in the body.  This has been a huge challenge, but very rewarding in terms of treatment success.

Jacqueline remains committed to restoring her patients to optimal health and to life long learning.
